This is what we do best

BUSINESS ALIGNMENT
The primary objective of this work stream is to gain an understanding of key objectives for a Work Management System, in order to ensure that the implemented design will meet the strategic and business requirements. A series of interviews and workshops will be held with key individuals where the results of the Project Definition Analysis can be validated.
BUSINESS ANALYSIS
The business analysis and design phase is a formalized set of activities specifically designed to gather the information necessary to document the functional requirements as efficiently and accurately as possible.
DEVELOPMENT & CONFIGURATION
The Business Requirements Definition Report will be used by the technical team to document system / technical specifications to indicate on “paper” how the functionality required and defined will be delivered through the selected technology. As indicated above it is vital to ensure that the end product meets the user requirements as this will not only harm the reputation of the project but will also be costly.
PROJECT & PROGRAMME MANAGEMENT
Sound Project Management will be critical to ensuring the timely completion of the project within the planned budget and required time. Our highly competent project management approach will include an integrated approach vertically across all the core phases.

APPROACH
The approach in undertaking an assignment will consist of eight work streams (WS) spread across 5 phases as shown below.

PROJECT PLANNING
The primary focus of this work stream is the completion of the relevant documentation (Business Case templates, High Level Designs, Project Time Lines etc.) that will enable the relevant communication to key stakeholders and forums to facilitate the approval and the registering of the project, including the allocation of budget.
USER ACCEPTANCE TESTING
The objective of this step is to put in place a testing quality gate between the Design and Live Operations phases to ensure that the implementation of the software proceeds as efficiently as possible, with minimal disruptions or subsequent change requirements. Scenario based test packs will be developed from the Business Requirements Definition Reports and will be scheduled according to a testing plan.
TRAINING AND IMPLEMENTATION
This work stream ensures the ‘Release’ of a complete and manageable solution, one that meets all the user requirements and focuses on the make ‘Ready’ of all parts of Business and IT Delivery, ensuring the necessary resources, skills, tools and processes to deliver and support the new requirements.
Training is the foundation for building knowledge about the change and the required skills. The change management team will develop training material on the skills, knowledge and behaviors required to implement the project change.
The principles of outcomes based training will be adhered to at all times. Training for all end users will be conducted on a “just-in-time” basis, to ensure that users begin to utilise their new skills as soon as possible after training.
